COA Mango Jalapeno Margarita
When you have lots of people coming over, making delicious drinks ahead of time is best so you can enjoy your own party!
In a food processor, add cubed mangoes, 1 small jalapeno, mango juice, sugar, lime juice and blend to thin puree. Transfer to a pitcher and add tequila. Dip the top of your glass rim into the powdered sugar and roll it from side to side to coat the rim. Add ice to your glass. Pour delicious concoction into your glass, garnish with a lime and jalapeno slices.
1 small mango – peeled and cubed
1 small jalapeno – sliced into thin circles – buy a couple so you can use the extra slices for garnish and extra heat
1 cup fresh mango juice – pure not from concentrate
¼ cup Coa de Jima Blanco 100% Agave Tequila
2 table spoons sugar
1 ounce fresh lime juice
Powdered sugar to rim glasses
